Delivery time will depend on the area in which the customer is located:
- Extreme Chile: 10 to 15 business days
- Metropolitan Region: up to 2 business days. Except La Pintana, San Bernardo and El Bosque: 4-6 business days
- Other regions: 5 to 10 business days.
Raven Store uses Correos de Chile and Yango Delivery to make deliveries.
Once Correos de Chile or Yango Delivery takes the product for dispatch, we will send you an email with the tracking code. Thus, you can track and see the status of your order at www.correos.cl in the Online Tracking section, or in the email sent by Yango Delivery as the case may be.
The shipping cost depends on the volume and weight of the product in its packaging, therefore, the shipping price varies depending on the product. This cost is calculated in the shopping cart prior to payment.
The shipment will be sent to the address indicated by the client at the time of payment.
